A $299 nomination fee is collected when your nomination is submitted online. Major credit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay are accepted online, or choose check or wire on the nomination form and we'll email you an invoice.
Management companies and suppliers use the same minimums: 50% of employees for organizations with up to 100 employees; 25% or 50 responses, whichever is more, for 101 to 500 employees; and 15% or 125 responses, whichever is more, for more than 500 employees. All full-time or full-time-equivalent employees should be surveyed.
Yes. Surveys are 100% anonymous and secure, and no personally identifiable information is collected.
Voting is limited to one vote per person, tracked by device and IP address. Abuse of the system results in immediate disqualification.
Every nominee receives its own survey data, including the raw data, a summary report and an industry benchmark report to compare results against peers.

Nominations for the 2027 program close on January 15, 2027. The employee survey runs February 1 – 26, 2027. Finalists are notified and reports delivered on March 10, 2027, and winners are recognized starting March 31, 2027.
You still receive your raw data, a summary report and an industry benchmark report. Nominees outside the top ten whose scores surpass the industry benchmark are named finalists.
Nominees will be divided into categories, one for suppliers and three for management companies, determined by size of organization. Winners are determined using a proprietary weighted formula of employee satisfaction ratings. It is not an average or sum of all scores. NAA recognizes the number one organization in each of the categories and nine other organizations as being in the top ten.
No. Individual responses are anonymous, and your results are delivered to your organization. Only the names of winners and finalists are announced.
Yes. The 2027 employee survey is offered in English and Spanish, and employees can complete it on a computer, tablet or phone.
A few minutes. The 11 scored questions use a 1–10 scale. Demographic questions are not scored; use them to segment your results.
