Sentinel Peak Capital Partners was founded in 2015 by Ryan Beaupra and Rick Chesney. Together, Ryan and Rick oversee acquisitions, provide asset management, own / operate Summit Property Management, foster investor relationships and generate new investment opportunities from the commercial real estate brokerage community. Sentinel Peak Capital Partners, Summit Property Management and their employees are focused on long term growth through the acquisition and repositioning of multifamily assets and a commitment to team culture.

Summit Property Management is the in-house property management company for Sentinel Peak Capital Partners. Summit performs all of the operational and financial management functions for assets within our portfolio including staffing, marketing, leasing, maintenance, procurement, accounting, reporting, and construction management.
Sentinel Peak enhances the value of each asset it acquires across all phases of the business cycle by:

- Active oversight of the construction and renovation process
- Hands-on, management of our properties throughout the hold period
