Welcome to NAA’s Top Employers Awards

 

NAA’s Top Employers Awards will recognize member organizations that are creating environments focusing on collaboration, innovation and hard work. A challenging, yet fun atmosphere results in motivated employees who are excited about learning and growing. The awards pay tribute to successful suppliers and management companies that contribute to the industry.

With each nomination, organizations will launch a very concise, yet insightful employee satisfaction survey based on the Net Promoter Scores (NPS). All nominees will receive an employee satisfaction report and the anonymous employee raw data once the winners are announced. This information can be used to make improvements to your organization and as a benchmark for future performance.

How it Works

Nominees will be divided into categories, one for suppliers, and three for management companies determined by size of organization. Winners are determined using a proprietary weighted formula of employee satisfaction ratings for each nominee. This is not an average or sum of all scores. NAA recognizes the number one organization in each of the categories and nine other organizations as being in the top ten of the Suppliers and Management Companies category. Those nominees whose scores are not in the top ten but surpass the industry benchmark score will be named finalists.

The Employee Satisfaction Survey

The NAA Top Employers Awards utilize a Net Promoter Score or NPS-based survey that anonymously measures employee experience. We provide you with everything needed to solicit responses from your employees and provide updates along the way to make sure you get a statistically valid result.

Surveys can be completed online using any computer, tablet or smartphone and only takes a few minutes to complete. The “About Your Employer” questions are used to score your entry. All other demographic information and questions can be used by your team to segment employees for further analysis and improvements.
